Default Encoder
Hi I have a problem with the encoder on my speedmaster 10 colour the machine is stopping and we have to switch it off and on again and on the cp tronic is saying that we have a problem with the encoder. So we cleaned it up but still after a while the problem kept on coming so we changed it, we made 15 days working good but again the fault reappears . Any suggestions please

I don't know year your press is but see if it has an encoder on the motor as well as the 1st unit. I found out ours did and that the one that was causing the shutdown.
